I actually don’t know what its called. Tried googling and reverse image searching for the picture I took and I just got ‘rust’ 😀 From what I know, this usually stops an out of control vehicle from crashing onto an establishment or a place. Some times, it blocks or allows traffic onto a street (if it built to go up/down). Its either painted yellow and black if its fixed, or stainless steel if it can go up/down. If you know what it’s called, let me know.
Update: So I was told the term for this cylindrical thinga ma jig is a BOLLARD. Nice to learn something new.
